Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery Terms

At Maison M'authentique, we take special care in the packaging and shipping of your handcrafted pieces. All our Berber rugs and decorative objects are shipped with a tracking number.

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days from the confirmation of your order.
• Shipping costs: Shipping is free in Metropolitan France for any order over 400€.
• Carriers: We mainly work with Colissimo, UPS, and DHL to ensure secure and fast delivery.
• Custom orders: For custom rugs, the manufacturing and delivery time is between 4 and 8 weeks. You will be informed of each step of the production.

2. Return Policy

If your piece does not fit perfectly in your interior, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your package to return the items to us.

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. A rug that has been used or stained cannot be refunded.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product upon receipt.
• Once the return is received and inspected by our teams, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the initial payment method.

3. Items not eligible for return

Please note that custom-made items (rugs customized according to your specific dimensions, colors, or patterns) can neither be returned nor exchanged.
