Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery Terms

At Maison M'authentique, we take special care in the packaging and shipping of your handcrafted pieces. All our Berber rugs and decorative objects are shipped with a tracking number.

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days from the confirmation of your order.
• Shipping costs: Mainland France (including Corsica): €9.90, free for orders of €400 or more. Other European Union countries: €29.90, free for orders of €600 or more. We do not deliver outside the European Union or to overseas territories.
• Carriers: We mainly work with Colissimo, UPS, and DHL to ensure secure and fast delivery.
• Custom orders: For custom rugs, the manufacturing and delivery time is between 8 and 12 weeks. You will be informed of each step of the production.
• Made-to-order pieces: some sold-out pieces can still be ordered and are then hand-woven to order. The delivery time (usually 2 to 5 months) is shown on the product page and accepted before payment. An order that includes one is shipped in a single delivery, once all pieces are ready.

2. Return Policy

If your piece does not fit perfectly in your interior, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your package to return the items to us.

• To withdraw, let us know your decision by email at contact@mauthentique.com, using the withdrawal form or any other clear statement. You then have 14 days to send the item back.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipment and careful packaging; the original packaging, if you have kept it, is ideal.
• We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (at the standard rate), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment. The refund may be withheld until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent.
• If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine it (for example a rug that has been used or stained), the refund may be reduced in proportion to its loss of value.
• Defective or non-conforming item: it is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and return costs are then paid by us.

3. Items not eligible for return

Please note that custom-made items (rugs customized according to your specific dimensions, colors, or patterns) can neither be returned nor exchanged. They remain covered by the legal guarantees in case of defect.
