General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms of sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between the company SYHEA Group (operating the brand Maison M'authentique) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase via the website.

2. Products

The rugs offered are artisanal creations. As each piece is unique, minor variations in size, pattern, or color may exist compared to the photographs presented on the site. These variations are the guarantee of authentic manual work.

3. Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC). Maison M'authentique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated during the order. Delivery times are provided as an indication. In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer may not claim damages.

5. Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Custom Orders

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Consequently, custom-made rugs, tables, or any other products are neither taken back, nor exchanged, nor refunded. A deposit may be requested upon validation of the quote, the balance being due before shipment.
