Each piece takes many hours: cutting the panels, visible seams, embroidery and topstitching that trace the patterns. This handwork explains the slight variations from one piece to another, which are part of its charm.
Our poufs are made of genuine leather. Over the years, the leather develops a patina and gains depth: its shades evolve with use and light, a sign of a natural material. Sturdy and pleasant to the touch, it stands the test of time and grows more beautiful rather than wearing out.
A footrest in front of the sofa, an extra seat for guests, a coffee table topped with a tray or simply a decorative touch at the foot of the bed: the Berber pouf fits every room. It pairs naturally with a Beni Ouarain rug or a kilim for a warm interior.
Dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Once or twice a year, nourish the leather with a suitable colourless cream. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources, which dry out leather.
Yes. Natural leather has a characteristic smell on arrival. It fades within a few days to a few weeks in a well-ventilated room.
Every hide is unique and every pouf is hand-stitched: slight differences in shade, grain or embroidery are normal. They reflect the handmade nature of the piece.
